I complained. Bitched. Vented about the whole application process. All summer I continued to slave away working night shifts at the Gap - standards, windows, fixtures, mannequins, the works. I thought to myself, “How am I still here? I went to school for a reason yet i’m in the same place from six years ago.”
Although I was frustrated, I searched and applied for jobs on a daily...
